250 g oat flakesPreparation
50 g cornflakes
150 g of crushed hazelnuts
6-8 dried plums cut up into cubes
80 gr raisins
50g sesame
50 g flaxseed
100 gr sugar
100 gr chocolate shed the crushed into pieces
1 medium orange
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1.5 teaspoon rum extract
100 grams of margarine

- In the bowl mix all dry ingredients.
- Wash orange, peel and press out juice.
- In pot melt butter on low heat, add the sugar, rum extract, cinnamon, rind and orange juice. Stir well to unite all the ingredients, and cook for about 3-5 min.
- While still on fire, add the dry ingredients and stir well, if necessary (and I believe it will be), add 1-2 tablespoons of honey.
- Remove from the heat and a little intervene to better schedules all ingredients.
- All poured into a square baking pan lined with baking paper and good press (hands, small rollers or whatever) that the mass of well unite and even.
- Above decorate with melted chocolate and let stand overnight.
- Cut in cubes in the morning (careful not to fall apart).
